By opting in to SMS updates, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Kherrington Briggs via Twilio. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, Inc., our SMS service provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering messages. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
Who We Share Your Information With

- Twilio — our SMS delivery provider, for phone numbers that have opted in to text updates
- Cloudflare — our website host and security provider, which processes technical data to protect and deliver this site

Booking inquiries submitted through the contact form may be forwarded to Kherrington's management and representation for response. These parties handle inquiry responses only and are not data processors under this policy.
All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years for business correspondence purposes. SMS opt-in records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed plus 4 years thereafter, as required by TCPA regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
